Can I bring my own trainer to work out in the Gym?

Absolutely; we just give you the space. You can bring your trainer or up to 5 friends to work out during your hour.

I am a Trainer. Can I train my clients at MicroGym?

es, You can train up to 5 clients in the gym during your hour. There is no additional cost for having more than one client. It’s your hour, your space, and your business.

Do you offer a monthly membership?

No. Micro Gym Studios does not offer memberships. It does not require any long-term commitment. Rather you can buy as many or as few hours as you like.  If you want to buy one hour, that’s fine.  But if you’re working out regularly our larger packages offer a discounted rate per hour.

How long can I reserve an appointment for?

The gym can be reserved for a 60 minute appointment. *Please note the last 10 minutes of your reservation are held for re-racking weights, wiping down equipment and leaving the gym in a timely manner for the next incoming reservation.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel your session 72 Hours in advance. We can only reserve one client for each hour and 72 Hours in advance allows others to book that hour. If you cancel within the 72 hours, you will be charged for the session. 90 Days Advance Booking options can only be modified by incurring a $10 per session cancellation fee prior to the 72 Hours Cancellation policy. I forgot my MindBody/Micro Gym Studios login information?

We can help you reset your information.  Please send a request with the subject line “Account Reset” to info@microgymstudios.com and we will send you an email with a link to reset your account.

How long can I reserve an appointment for?

Can I reserve more than 1 hour per day?

Yes! You can reserve as many hours as you like and you can bring up to 5 people to work out with you.

Can I bring a friend to work out with me?

Yes! Friends are always welcome.  You will pay for and reserve the hour, and then may bring up to 4 friends with you at a time, for no additional cost. We do ask that any guests arriving at the gym with you create a guest profile and complete a liability waiver before entering the studio.

Are children allowed in the gym?

For everyone’s safety we do not allow anyone under the age of 18 in the gym.

Gym Features

How do I enter the gym?

Once you arrive at the gym for your scheduled workout reservation, simply scan your unique barcode through the Micro Gym Studios app. The door will automatically unlock for you and check you in for your session.

Can we take pictures inside the studio?

Of course.  Part of the personalized experience is providing a great gym selfie space! Make sure you tag us @microgymstudios in all your great workout posts!

Can I change the music?

Yes, all the audio is completely in your control.  Stream music through bluetooth or listen to the gym’s complimentary radio. 

Can I use the tv?

Yes, screen mirror your online workout videos, tv shows, movies etc through our 75inch Smart TV.

Does Micro Gym Studios have showers and locker rooms?

Yes, the gym’s shower rooms and locker facilities are located on the 2nd floor of the Brunswick Center. Please note due to COVID 19 some amenities may be temporarily unavailable.

Do you provide towel service?

Yes, we provide hand towels and cleaning towels in the gym.  If you wish to use the locker facilities you will need to bring your own bath towel. Please note due to COVID 19 some amenities may be temporarily unavailable.

Cleanliness and Sanitation

You can reach our team for any comments or questions at info@microgymstudios.com and someone from our team will get back to you within 48 hours.

Do I have to wear masks or gloves to work out at Micro Gym Studios?

No, Micro Gym Studios offers a completely private workout experience, therefore a mask is not required.  Please note a mask will be required to enter the Brunswick Center and must be worn until you check in to the gym.  Masks will also be required upon exiting the gym.
